Vacation Resort Needing New Restaurant & Bar Concepts

SITUATION
a Resort on the West Coast of Florida was mostly wiped out by a hurricane just after the new owners had acquired it.

 PROBLEM
The Resort owners and management team needed to begin development on the next iteration of what The Resort would look like and how the various venues would be programmed.

SOLUTION
We were retained to fully develop five full-service, one quick-service, and two food truck concepts to be built at the property.

 BENEFITS
Ownership gets to deliver newly-created, relevant concepts instead of having to refurbish older, more tired ones that are legacy but not compelling.
