Under utilization of High Speed Tetrapack Line

 PROBLEM
56 tons per day output against designed output 120 tons per day

 SOLUTION
Change in sequencing of batch mixing timings & change in method of vegetable fat melting was proposed to client.

 BENEFITS
Output per day increased to 96 tons per day which is almost 70% increase in output with no change in crew size or quality of product.
