Evaluated and negotiated pricing agreement with courier service to cater for fast volume growth and easy shipping solutions.

Coordinated the redesign of the packaging with all its components while improving customer experience, guaranteeing product stability and reducing costs.

Created a decision model for outsourcing of the kitting and order fulfillment, incl. costs, optimal volumes, and timing. Evaluated optimal locations and potential fulfillment centers.
