SITUATION

My Cafe and Lounge completed a major renovation to upgrade its physical space and customer experience, but its digital presence and ordering systems did not reflect the new brand direction. While the café had strong food and atmosphere, it lacked a cohesive online strategy, modern menu presentation, and consistent visibility across delivery and discovery platforms.

PROBLEM

The restaurant was missing revenue opportunities due to fragmented digital channels, outdated menus, limited online visibility, and underutilized delivery platforms. Customers could not easily discover the brand, view the full menu, or place orders across popular delivery apps, and the business lacked a structured system for online marketing, reviews, and customer engagement.

SOLUTION

This included designing a new menu system, producing professional food photography, developing a modern website, and executing full setup and optimization for DoorDash, Uber Eats, and Grubhub. In parallel, we launched targeted advertising, established and managed Yelp and Google My Business profiles, and implemented ongoing social media management to ensure consistent branding, visibility, and customer engagement across all platforms.
