SITUATION
Established Company didn’t fight to keep their market share during the recession, instead believing they were doomed by circumstance.

 PROBLEM
Very creative female founder is shy and reserved; husband has a fulltime job but manages the books. No one handling sales, no one negotiating with prospects, no follow-up.

 SOLUTION
Two-day workshop to uncover the problems and create a 5-year strategic plan putting some hope back into the founder’s mental state. Husband takes more responsibility for keeping her focused. Hired a salesperson for local growth and tele-sales. Implemented CRM for tracking.

 BENEFITS
Achieved the 5-year goals; they called with check-ins during that time. Then in 2019, called to ask for help with marketing and getting to the next level. Within 6 months we rebuilt their website to optimize B2B growth, focused on a very few large target accounts and closed one of them for a 33-50% increase in 2020.
