SITUATION
Rising prices of Dairy Commodities thereby margins being depleted

 PROBLEM
Individual raw materials like skim milk powder, whole milk powder, Dairy cream etc. were sourced from separate vendors. Company ended up in paying margins for all purchases made from different vendors.

 SOLUTION
Milk being only raw material required for dairy ingredients it was proposed to produce all ingredients at one site & stock final output for usage during the year. Company ended up in paying for milk cost & processing cost for all commodities produced at single location. Since all output components were part of purchase kitty thus it was beneficial for manufacturer as well as company.
