Novel Sustainable Ingredients into Products

SITUATION
Experts in the Food and Beverage industry wanted to create a new brand focused on a meaningful sustainability story that could change the way consumers think about upcycled ingredients.

PROBLEM
This client came to us with a clear direction on the sustainably upcycled ingredient to highlight, however the product, brand and concept was unknown.

 SOLUTION
CCDI leveraged our internal brain trust to identify the best products and concepts that would highlight the selected sustainable ingredient. Through multiple rounds of development, we created a great tasting finished good using a novel ingredient source. Once the four-SKU product line was developed, our commercialization team identified a manufacturer, conducted multiple line trials, and managed the initial product launch.
