Increasing Sales with FOCUS

SITUATION
Little known HBC brand sold very well in some stores and not well in others        

 PROBLEM
Brand had too many skus. Sales was advised to try and sell everything everywhere which resulted in lack of consistency at retail shelves and inability to have any items become top sellers in their category

 SOLUTION
Focus! We suggested focusing on four collections in five categories. 20 SKU’s out of nearly 200

 BENEFITS
We eventually got the same items on the shelves at most stores, which increased numbers across the board. We began making distributor top seller lists. Suddenly everyone wanted to stock these top items, which actually improved manufacturing at the back end and decreased out of stocks
