150+ store market company asked us to help modernize and elevate their “deli counter experience.

 

PROBLEM
They weren’t reaching the “new” consumer (younger, more food enlightened, more affluent) effectively and The Company has not made any substantive design of product changes in over a dozen years.

 

SOLUTION
We shopped the best providers and competitors in this segment and, using the data and creative information we gleaned from the competitors, developed a prototype for them to roll out nationally as well as brought in a state-of-the art coffee experience to the stores that no one else had nationally.
