SITUATION
Long established successful chef owned restaurant but lacked front of house leadership.

PROBLEM
The business did not have any training programs or handbooks in place to properly onboard new employees.

 SOLUTION
We reviewed the current verbal training systems and deployed a written structured employee training program that took employees through key steps with a trainer in order to emerge the new employees into the culture and proper steps of service.

 BENEFITS
They were able to onboard employees consistently and increase sales by using key conversational upselling techniques.
