CELEBRITY CHEF FROZEN MEALS

SITUATION
A Celebrity Chef and author wanted to turn some of their most popular recipes into frozen entrees for the retail markets.

PROBLEM                                                                                                                                                                                  Chef had no expertise in food product development of production.

SOLUTION                                                                                                                                                                          Working with a large frozen food manufacturer to develop her ideas, Food Forward Consulting worked with both parties to develop her recipes for commercialization. Recipes were successfully transferred to commercial production and distribution to retail chains Nationwide.

BENEFITS                                                                                                                                                                                   The Chef got their products in front of a new retail audience and the frozen food manufacturer gained a high-volume product line.
