Accelerating Early Stage Technical Development

SITUATION
A newly funded technology start-up wanted to rapidly develop and launch a range of novel wellness products, based around previous academic studies.

PROBLEM
The company needed to move quickly and had no in-house technical staff with deep experience in food science, formulation, process engineering and food safety validation.  To bring their products to market in a safe and effective form, the company had to solve several technical hurdles involving identification and validation of novel ingredients, product and process design, stability assessment as well as support during supply chain development and scale-up and commercialization.

SOLUTION
An integrated team of senior food scientists, microbiologists and engineers from within our company was formed to plan, manage and support multiple project work streams including:
